Cancellation policy: Cancellation charges are applied in accordance with the following policy: Two days or more prior: 20% of accommodation fee; Previous day: 30% of accommodation fee; By 9:00 on the check-in day: 50% of accommodation fee; No-show: 100% of accommodation fee.

Note: 1) It may take one or two days to respond to your email. Please email us again if you don't hear from us after 3 days. 2) Nara Explorer can assist with communication between the customer and the inn but will not take any responsibilities regarding payment and any other inconveniences that may occur after arriving at the inn.
